System Maintenance - iOS

Starting April 21st 2025, some iOS users will be required to sign into the app again due to system maintenance.

For users that have been signed in for a while, it is recommended to check account settings to confirm your current user account email and sign in method (Apple, Google, Email)

Confirming Your Account Email

While Logged In:

  1. Launch the LiveTrackz App
  2. Tap on "Options" in the bottom tab bar
  3. Tap on "Account & Subscription"

While Logged Out:

Launch (or relaunch) the app. By default the login screen will show your recently signed in account information

Hint:

  • An email ending in "@privaterelay.appleid.com" is an Apple sign in account
  • An email ending in "gmail.com" is likely to be a Google sign in email, it can however be an Apple sign-in, or email signup account.

Confirming Sign-In Method

Google Sign-In:

Search for "LiveTrackz - Live Music Loops" on your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/connections If you have signed up to LiveTrackz using the current Google account, it will be shown here.

Apple Sign-In:

On your iPhone / iPad:

  1. Launch the Settings App
  2. Tap on your Photo / name at the top
  3. Tap on the "Sign in with Apple" option
  4. Scroll on the alphabetical list till you reach the L section - Look for "LiveTrackz"

If you have signed up to LiveTrackz using the Sign in with Apple option, it will be shown here.
