Original Notice

Dear LiveTrackz users,

We are aware of an issue where some users are unable to play back audio in the LiveTrackz App.

The Issue

  • Audio playback stops working in the app, even though tracks appear to be playing.
  • This is typically triggered when another app uses your device's audio — for example playing music, a video, or a voice note in a different app while LiveTrackz is running. The app does not recover its audio engine correctly after the interruption.
  • Affected versions: 3.0.3 (300014) and below.

Workaround (Older Versions Only)

If you are unable to update right away:

  1. Avoid playing audio from other apps while using LiveTrackz.
  2. If the app has already lost audio, quit the app from the App Switcher and relaunch it to reset audio playback. See Apple's guide on how to close an app: support.apple.com/en-ca/109359
